The Workshops I plan to do is: Imagination and Play: Using Improvisation and Creative Drama as a tool for language learning. The purpose of this workshop is to give teachers practical tools and activities that they can u
se with students of a variety of age and ability sets in the realm of improvisation and creative drama. The breakdown of the workshop will be as follows:

3) Warming Up
4) Story Telling
5) The Basic Elements of improvisation
6) Improvisational Frameworks
7) The Collective Creation
8) Contextual Drama and Experiential Learning
9) Assessing Drama Work
10) Reflection
The workshop will mainly consist of teachers actively engaged in the activities I will be teaching. In terms of space, I would prefer a relatively open space, with chairs that I can place in a circle and move around, as all activities will involve teachers moving around the space. I will provide teachers with a paper handout with an overview of the workshop.
